Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Fintoit ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Description of Service
Fintoit is a financial management platform for early-stage startups. All AI-generated insights, forecasts, and reports are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional financial, accounting, tax, or legal advice.
Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password secure, notify us of unauthorized access, and be responsible for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, or use it to store illegal financial transactions.
Your Data
You retain full ownership of all financial data and documents you upload. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
No Financial Advice
Fintoit is a software tool, not a licensed financial advisor. Consult a qualified professional before making financial, tax, or legal decisions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fintoit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on information provided by the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Fintoit for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Fintoit in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Service Availability
We use commercially reasonable efforts to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, and the Service is provided on an as-available basis. Check fintoit.com/status for current operational status.
Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. Your data will be deleted within 30 days of account deletion unless required by law to retain it.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service will be the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas.

Payment and Billing
Payments for Fintoit subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment provider. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Fintoit to charge your selected payment method via Stripe for all applicable fees.
1. Billing & Renewal
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan).
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the next billing date.
2. Refunds
All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Refunds will not be issued for partial billing periods, unused time, or plan downgrades.
3. Price Changes
Fintoit reserves the right to modify subscription fees at any time.
Any changes will apply to future billing cycles, with reasonable notice.
4. Failed Payments
If Stripe cannot process a payment, we may retry the charge.
Continued failure to process payment may result in suspension or termination of access until payment is received.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time, with no cancellation fee, directly from your account under Account then Billing, which opens the secure Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including the Fintoit software, platform, and all related content and trademarks, is owned by Fintoit LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these terms. You retain ownership of the data and documents you upload, and you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide and improve the Service.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service and all AI-generated insights, forecasts, and reports are provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty regarding the accuracy or reliability of AI output. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before relying on it.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fintoit LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use or misuse of the Service, the content you upload, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.
Electronic Records and Signatures
You consent to receive records and communications electronically and to the use of electronic signatures. Signatures captured in the Service (for example, on employee contracts) are intended to be legally binding electronic signatures under the U.S. ESIGN Act and the Texas Uniform Electronic Transactions Act.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through an in-app notice, and the updated terms take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
