By creating an account or using Fintoit ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Fintoit is a financial management platform for early-stage startups. All AI-generated insights, forecasts, and reports are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional financial, accounting, tax, or legal advice.

Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password secure, notify us of unauthorized access, and be responsible for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, or use it to store illegal financial transactions.

Your Data

You retain full ownership of all financial data and documents you upload. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

No Financial Advice

Fintoit is a software tool, not a licensed financial advisor. Consult a qualified professional before making financial, tax, or legal decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fintoit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or decisions made based on information provided by the Service.

Service Availability

We strive for 100% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Check fintoit.com/status for current operational status.

Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Your data will be deleted within 30 days of account deletion unless required by law to retain it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.

Payment and Billing

Payments for Fintoit subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment provider. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Fintoit to charge your selected payment method via Stripe for all applicable fees.
1. Billing & Renewal Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan). Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the next billing date.
2. Refunds All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Refunds will not be issued for partial billing periods, unused time, or plan downgrades.
3. Price Changes Fintoit reserves the right to modify subscription fees at any time. Any changes will apply to future billing cycles, with reasonable notice.
4. Failed Payments If Stripe cannot process a payment, we may retry the charge. Continued failure to process payment may result in suspension or termination of access until payment is received.
5. Cancellation You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
