We collect account info (name, email, password hash), company info, financial data (transactions, invoices, bills), business data (employees, payroll, cap table), tax documents, job applications, and session data.

How We Use Your Information

To provide the Service, generate AI-powered insights, send transactional emails, respond to support requests, and detect fraud or abuse.

AI and Your Data

When you use AI features, aggregated financial summaries (not raw data) are sent to the AI provider. We do not send personally identifiable information to AI providers unless necessary.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share only with service providers (Groq for AI, Supabase for database) bound by data processing agreements, or when required by law.

Data Security

Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes. All data is stored in a secured PostgreSQL database. No system is completely secure use a strong, unique password.

Data Retention

We retain data while your account is active. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
